Who We Are
Nextritech Limited ("we", "us", "our") is the developer and publisher of Nextritech Paint Formulation Studio Pro ("the App"), a professional paint formulation and production management tool available on the Google Play Store for Android devices.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Data We Collect
We collect two categories of data: data you provide through Google Sign-In, and operational data generated by the App when you use it.

How We Use Your Data
We use your data for one purpose only: to operate the App and manage your subscription. We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

Authentication — Your Google Account ID is used to identify you when you sign in and to link your account across devices. It ensures you can access your subscription on both your phone and tablet.

Subscription management — Your email, subscription status, expiry date, and purchase token are stored so the App can verify your subscription is active and apply the correct access level (trial, active, expired).

Cross-device access — Because your subscription is tied to your Google account (not your device), we use your Account ID to restore your subscription when you reinstall the App or sign in on a new device.

Display purposes — Your display name and profile picture are shown in the App header to confirm you are signed in. They are not stored on our servers separately from your account record.

Service communications — In the unlikely event of a critical issue affecting your account or subscription, we may use your email address to contact you. We do not send marketing emails.

Trial period management — Your trial start date is stored to calculate how many days of your 5-day free trial remain.
Data Storage & Security
Server-side data (your account record and subscription status) is stored in Supabase — a cloud database hosted on AWS in the East US (North Virginia) region. Supabase enforces Row Level Security on all tables, meaning your data can only be accessed by authenticated requests from your own account. No other user can read your data.
Device-side data (formulation history, stock quantities, batch records, costing data, and settings) is stored entirely in your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Your subscription session is managed by Supabase Authentication with automatic token refresh. Session tokens are stored locally on your device using the same security model as the browser's local storage.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services. Each handles data according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Google Sign-In (OAuth)
Provides secure authentication using your existing Google account. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play Billing
Manages your subscription purchase, payment processing, and renewal notifications. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Supabase
Provides our database and authentication backend. Hosted on AWS US East. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Google Cloud Pub/Sub
Delivers real-time subscription lifecycle events (renewals, cancellations) from Google Play to our backend. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or Facebook), or social media tracking systems.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the GDPR (European Union), PDPA (various countries), CCPA (California), or POPIA (South Africa). Regardless of your location, we honour the following rights for all users:

Right to access — You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Email us at nextritechltd@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Access Request". We will respond within 30 days.

Right to correction — If any data we hold is inaccurate, you may request correction. Note that most of your account data (name, email) is sourced from your Google account and must be corrected there.

Right to deletion — You may request that we delete your account and all associated data. See Section 7 for the full deletion process.

Right to object — You may object to any processing of your data that you believe is unlawful or without a valid basis. Contact us at the address below.

Right to withdraw consent — You may sign out of the App at any time by tapping Sign Out in the App header. This ends your active session. Your account data remains stored unless you also submit a deletion request.
Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request complete deletion of your Nextritech account and all associated data at any time. This is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
🗑️ How to Request Account Deletion
Send a deletion request email to our official support address. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
Your email should include the following information:
- 1. Subject line: Account Deletion Request — Paint Formulation Studio Pro
- 2. The Google email address you used to sign in to the App
- 3. Your name as it appears in the App header (top-right corner)
- 4. A brief statement confirming you wish to permanently delete your account
- 5. Optional: the reason for your deletion request (helps us improve the App)
We will reply to your email within 5 business days to confirm receipt and verify your identity. Your account and all server-side data will be deleted within 30 days of verification. You will receive a final email confirming the deletion is complete.
Children's Privacy
Nextritech Paint Formulation Studio Pro is a professional tool intended for use by adults in the paint and coatings manufacturing industry. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at nextritechltd@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our App evolves or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will:
